I PUT THIS CINCHER ON BY CLOSING IT IN THE DESIRED HOOK, STEP IN TO IT AND PULL IT UP. (ONLY USE THIS METHOD IF YOU CAN'T GET IT ON WHILE STANDING UP) AGAIN THIS GARMENT IS VERY STURDY AND HAS BONING IN IT TO PREVENT IT FROM ROLLING UP.
